Safety Features:

Locking shoulder harness

Carrying Handle Option:
  • Carrying handles on the leg restraint allow for safe and secure carry of the subject by personnel when needed.
Security Ring Options:

  • ​A security ring in the front of the leg restraint allows for safe, comfortable and secure alternate hand placement when needed.
  • The harness is used not only in the full application of The WRAP but also during routine transport of a hand cuffed subject. If a concern exists that the subject will move their handcuffed hands from behind their body to the front, utilize this additional security ring to eliminate that potential behavior.

  • When the need for range of motion movement of a subject occurs or to move a subject when walking is needed, The WRAP allows personnel to walk the subject in The WRAP. This is a safe, secure, controlled and comfortable movement alternative for all personnel involved.

Command Sourcing is proud to offer this protective helmet for use with the WRAP restraint devices.  This helmet is designed to reduce the risk of injury to individual’s heads in a self-harm/head banging scenario.  

Excellent Design - Thick vinyl covered dense foam offering protection for top, back, forehead, and sides of head.  Double layered over high impact areas.  It allows the user comfort with cutouts around the back of the neck area for mobility, in strategic spots for ventilation, and near ear for normal hearing.  The helmet fastens with an elastic strap under the chin and secures with a hook and loop closure.  

Helps reduce risk of injuries - It is a great product to add protection to individuals who are attempting to self-harm by banging their head.  This product is not intended to and does not covert eyes, nose or mouth. 

**Note: Adding this helmet to individuals in a self-harm/head banging situation can greatly reduce the risk of injury and allow for a greater care for the individual.  But be aware that there is no product that can completely eliminate head injuries.
