Meet: Greg Couch

Greg Couch (South Central) brings more than 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, corrections, and security technology to his role at Command Sourcing. His career includes patrol operations, investigations, tactical assignments, and executive leadership within large detention facilities.
Greg previously served as Chief Operations Officer and Assistant Jail Administrator at the Oklahoma County Detention Center, one of the largest detention facilities in the state. He also led infrastructure and technology initiatives, overseeing security systems, communications, and major modernization projects designed to improve safety, efficiency, and compliance.
With a strong background in detention-center operations and security technology, Greg has extensive experience working with sheriffs’ offices, police departments, courts, and government leadership. He is well-versed in evaluating and implementing innovative corrections solutions.
Greg is a CLEET-certified Peace Officer in the State of Oklahoma and a graduate of the FBI National Academy (Class #272). At Command Sourcing, he applies his operational insight and technical knowledge to help agencies identify and deploy solutions that meet real-world correctional and law enforcement needs.
