DAREN WARD

Picture
Daren Ward is an elected County Commissioner for Adams County, Idaho, and currently serves as a Solutions Specialist at Command Sourcing. With 24 years of experience in civilian law enforcement, Daren retired as a Captain and Jail Commander, overseeing a staff of 165 deputies and managing Idaho's second-largest jail. His law enforcement career is complemented by 9 years of service in the U.S. Navy, where he spent 3 years as Security Police, further strengthening his expertise in security and policing.

A graduate of the esteemed Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, Daren holds several certifications from the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), including Management, Supervisor, Advanced, Intermediate, and Basic certifications. His leadership skills were recognized in 2015 when he was elected President of the Idaho Jail Administrators Association.
In his current role at Command Sourcing, Daren leverages his extensive background to provide tailored solutions to law enforcement and corrections agencies, continuing his lifelong commitment to public service and safety.
GEOFF HAYDEN

Geoff Hayden is an accomplished professional with a strong background in international business, finance, and marketing. With over two decades of experience across multiple industries, he has developed a reputation for strategic growth, business development, and client-focused solutions.
Geoff earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Pacific, where he specialized in International Business and Finance. His education laid the foundation for a diverse and successful career spanning corporate expansion, financial services, and entrepreneurship.
His professional journey began at Enterprise Holdings (1995-2004), where he played a key role in the company’s expansion. As part of the start-up team in Germany (1997-1999), he contributed to establishing a new market presence. Later, he served as Group Marketing Manager for Northern California (2000-2004), overseeing business strategies and brand development.
From 2004 to 2007, Geoff transitioned into financial services as an Account Executive at Washington Mutual, gaining valuable expertise in banking and lending. Since 2007, he has built a successful career as a Mortgage Broker, providing expert financial guidance to clients and navigating the complexities of real estate financing.
With a dynamic background in global business operations, financial management, and marketing, Geoff continues to leverage his experience to drive success.

MAGGIE LEACH

Maggie Leach brings over 30 years of customer service experience to her current role in sales for law enforcement and corrections. Unlike many of her colleagues, Maggie’s career path didn’t begin in law enforcement—it began at the heart of customer service. For 20 years, she worked at the Polar King Restaurant in Gresham, Oregon, where her roles as a waitress helped her hone key skills like communication, management, organization, and team support. These essential abilities laid the groundwork for her transition into a more specialized field: law enforcement sales.

Ten years ago, Maggie had the unique opportunity to join a close-knit network of trusted professionals who serve law enforcement and correctional agencies. Through mentorship from industry veteran Mike Anderson and years of hands-on experience, she quickly gained the knowledge and skills needed to support these agencies, ensuring they receive the tools and equipment necessary to keep their operations safe and effective.

Maggie’s background in customer service gives her a distinctive advantage in her sales career. She has an innate ability to connect with people, which helps her build strong, lasting relationships with clients. This, combined with her growing expertise in law enforcement, allows her to provide exceptional service, navigate complex orders, and address any issues her customers may encounter.

MARC WOODWARD

Marc Woodward brings decades of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and corrections. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Management from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Master’s degree in Business Organizational Management from the University of Laverne.

Marc’s career began with the Honolulu Police Department, where he served as a Patrol Officer and Vice Investigator from 1977 to 1985. He then joined the Anchorage Police Department, where his service spanned 20 years, from 1985 to 2005. During his time in Anchorage, Marc held roles as a Patrol Officer, Backgrounds Investigator, Detective Supervisor, and Narcotics Unit Supervisor, as well as serving as 
the (T/A) Commander. Notably, Marc spent 10 years as a Major Crime Scene Investigator specializing in homicide cases.

After a brief retirement from 2005 to 2008, Marc returned to the workforce as a Corporate Security Investigator for FedEx Express from 2008 to 2013. Following this, he joined the Hawaii Department of Corrections as the Security Coordinator, where he provided management oversight of physical security across all facilities, led security audits, and tested and evaluated security products and technology from 2013 to 2021.

​With a wealth of knowledge in security and law enforcement, Marc continues to contribute his expertise in his current role, helping agencies find solutions to improve safety and efficiency.

SCOTT WOODS

Scott Woods has dedicated his life to public service, beginning with his time in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 2002, both in active and inactive roles. Serving as a primary MOS 0331 Machine Gunner, he specialized in operating the M60E3, M2 50 Cal, and MK19 Grenade Launcher. During his military career, Scott also gained advanced skills, attending secondary schools for Hilo Rope Suspension Training (rappelling), becoming a Marksmanship Instructor, and serving as a Close Quarters Battle Instructor.

After his military service, Scott transitioned to civilian law enforcement and casino security roles. For 10 years, he worked in Casino Surveillance, collaborating with the Indiana Gaming Commission to combat money laundering, human trafficking, and cheating.


For 13 years, Scott served with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, where he held multiple key roles, including Corrections Officer, Field Training Officer, and Indiana Corrections Academy Instructor. His extensive experience also included responsibilities as a Court Transport Officer, Commander of the Corrections Emergency Response Team, and various instructor positions in Less Lethal Tactics, Field Force, Pepper Ball, and FN 303 systems.
Since 2016, Scott has been with Command Sourcing, where he continues to provide invaluable expertise as a Solutions Consultant and Body Scanner Trainer. His diverse experience across military, law enforcement, and specialized training roles reflects his deep commitment to safety, security, and tactical excellence.

CHARLES HAMMOND

CEO, Founder
Charles is a seasoned professional leader and C-Level Executive with 25 years of experience in forming, structuring, and operating for-profit organizations. He is the CEO and Founder of Command Sourcing, Command Forensics, and Inline Consulting.  In addition to this, he serves as the President and CEO of Safe Restraints, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing safety and efficiency in the public sector.

Before establishing his current ventures, Charles held several key leadership roles that showcase his extensive experience. He served as Sales Director of Enterprise Sales at Verizon Wireless and prior to that, he worked as a Leadership & Sales Consultant for State Farm Insurance. Charles also spent 17 years with Enterprise Holdings, where he completed his career as a Regional Vice President in the San Francisco Bay Area.

​Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Cal Poly State University, graduating in September 1994. With a proven track record in leadership and operational excellence, Charles continues to drive growth and innovation in the organizations he leads.


JACK MCLAUGHLIN

Jack has decades of experience in developing and executing strategic business initiatives, leading successful sales teams, and driving profitable operations. Jack has been at the helm since the beginning.  In this role, He oversees all day-to-day management and operations, cultivates relationships with vendors, and drives expansion and sales efforts across the United States.

Before founding Command Sourcing, Jack had a notable career at Verizon Wireless, serving for 20 years. He advanced through the ranks, beginning as a front-line Retail Sales Associate and progressing to District Manager of Retail Sales. He later became the Associate Director of mHealth and ultimately a Director of Enterprise Sales in California, where he managed and secured some of Verizon's largest accounts.
 
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Communications from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, graduating in 2005, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Concord, CA, graduating in 2008. With a strong foundation in both management and communication, Jack continues to lead Command Sourcing with vision and expertise in driving success.

MICHAEL ANDERSON

Michael Anderson is an accomplished entrepreneur and founder of three successful businesses, boasting over 20 years of experience in corrections and law enforcement. Throughout his career, he has served thousands of agencies, departments, and offices both nationally and internationally.

Currently, Michael is the VP, Chief Business Development Officer and Founder at Command Sourcing. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and expanding its impact within the law enforcement community.


Before Command Sourcing, Michael founded and served as the CEO of North West Single Source, Inc. in Seattle, WA, from August 2005 to April 2016. He also founded Anderson Vending & Commissary in Portland, OR, where he served as President from January 1990 to August 2005, establishing a reputation for quality and service in the corrections industry.

Michael's expertise is recognized in various professional circles, as he holds numerous ACA and AJA accreditations. He is also a sought-after expert trade speaker for law enforcement conferences and summits. In addition, he possesses certifications in PREA and CJIS, and has served as an expert witness in court for data retention matters. 

​With a profound commitment to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of corrections and law enforcement operations, Michael continues to make a significant impact through his work and leadership.
